Beaver Dam Ranch

This section includes an excerpt from the Virgin River Communities Area Plan. The maximum denisities indicated in the plan are somewhat aggressive and will likely be reduced to a more realistic number. Also, the commercial areas are to great for the anticipated growth of this area, as residential housing will be the primary use of the ranch property. This excerpt is included to emphasis the very cooperative nature of the current residents of the Beaver Dam, Arizona area.
